Mere apologizing is not the way to address such a sensitive issue. Being into service industry it is the utmost necessity on the part of a company like IFB to deploy and impart training of inter personal skills to their skilled technicians, almost bulk of whom lack basic manners regarding how to interact with customers. They have to be helpful informative and supportive instead of being casual lackadaisical and pessimistic. I really want to know what kind of action has been taken against the technician and I require evidence of that as well.
