[Resolved] IFB Industries — Unresponsive Customer Service

Hello,

We registered a complaint more than 3 weeks ago, Complaint ID: [protected] because the machine had stopped working. It has been more than three weeks and the technician's response has been the same - Spare Part will take time to come. We have waited for three weeks for the spare part to arrive, but there has been no response on that front. Based on our past experience we have realised one thing - when the machine is under AMC Contract, the company's response time is at least 10x times slower than when the machine is not under any warranty.

Utterly disappointed with the service. If this continues, the next step would be to resort to social media, and then an official complaint in the Consumer Court. Please contact and resolve asap.

Updated by Xyz7 How is the complaint marked as resolved? I have neither been contacted by IFB nor has any steps been undertaken for this. Please explain how this complaint marked as resolved. IFB has not contacted us. And it is surprising to note that there is no email address provided for correspondence on the IFB website

Updated by Xyz7 Could you please tell me what timeline are you talking about when you say immediate? I called today at the IFB customer care number and they told me that this complaint has been closed. On what basis has this complaint been closed? Enough is enough. I am now going to escalate this issue via social media and whatever legal means are available to me. Let everyone know of how well you fare on customer service
