We registered a complaint more than 3 weeks ago, Complaint ID: [protected] because the machine had stopped working. It has been more than three weeks and the technician's response has been the same - Spare Part will take time to come. We have waited for three weeks for the spare part to arrive, but there has been no response on that front. Based on our past experience we have realised one thing - when the machine is under AMC Contract, the company's response time is at least 10x times slower than when the machine is not under any warranty.
Utterly disappointed with the service. If this continues, the next step would be to resort to social media, and then an official complaint in the Consumer Court. Please contact and resolve asap. Was this information helpful? |
