IFB Industries — Very Pathetic Customer Service | |||
I had bought IFB washing machine and water is leaking from the bottom of the machine. Their technician visited and said that a pipe has to be installed and it has been almost a month and they keep on saying the spare part will arrive tomorrow and tomorrow but their tomorrow never came. They said that they discontinued the model but also they discontinued the service? They have the worst service than any other company I had ever seen. Was this information helpful? | |||
