[Resolved] IFB Industries — very pathetic service from service station | |||
Respected sir/ma'am, I would like to draw your attention this time because my issues have not been resolved yet, even though i have raised tickets 3 times earlier in past one month and this is my fourth time i raised the request. The repeated issue happened every every time, but service technical couldn't understand to resolved my problem nor he will change the part, the issue is the start/pause button is not working properly, it's works sometime and sometime it won't. Every time he was giving full excuses because they doesn't interested to change the part and always in a hurry. A couple of time i send them videos on his personal cell number. I am also attaching a video of this issue of start/pause button is not working at all, you can easily go through and found it that issue is occurring. My previous request is as below with [protected] 24/08/2019. [protected] 29/09/2019 [protected] 04/10/2019 [protected] 18/10/2019 A humble request to ifb to, please, please and please do something and change it, as my mother and wife suffer a lot, please understand my concerns. I took the amc. For your information, this is my third washing machine of ifb and i am going to purchase the fourth one in this diwali because i trust ifb, i trust ifb service but i don't know if you guys providing this kind of service to the customer as just because of poor service from the service station, then, in this case, you would lose loyal customer base because of service station service. I would kindly request you to ask a technician to change a start/pause button. Last thing, please escalate this issue to ifb servicing team or higher management to take seriously action against service station. Literally, i am mentally stressed for this issue is just because of the service station. My elder mother and wife are also suffering. That's all, I hope you, i have cleared my self, however still if you still want to know further you guys can call me on given number. I have faith in ifb to get this issue resolved this time. Sir, we received IFB WASHING MACHINE 7kgsfront door, fully automatic.The service man came and fixed.He gave us demo also., the next day we tried to use it.B ut the door was not be opened.Please send the service man and solve this problem.Thankyou.
