I have an IFB 20SC2 microwave oven, it was working fine but a month ago its touch panel stopped working.I registered a complaint by calling the customer care no. and after numerous calls a technician came and said that the touch panel has to be replaced and said that he will replace it within 2 days but it has been more than 25 days but no response from IFB service center.Till now i have made numerous calls to the customer care enquiring about when the panel will be replaced but they give some or the other excuse.They are saying that the part is not available and they will replace it once its available.I am fed up of continiously enquiring from cusomer care about when the part will be replaced.
I bought an IFB product thinking that it is a reputed brand and their service should be good, but after seeing their after sales service i am regretting my decision of trusting their company.It is the worst service i have ever experienced.
I just hope this time around my problem gets solved.
