I am very very disappointed by ifb product and your service. This is to bring to your kind attention that your engineers. I am called up many times (Mno.[protected] and service boy -[protected]) in the past 30 days in order to repair my ifb microwave, yet it is still not resolve the issue. My new washing machine model senorita vx 6kg having problem for opening the door of detergent filling box.
The door get locked&problem of filling detergent in machine. My machine is in warranty period.
So, please help me& sort out my problem.

Our ifb washing machine is not working from 17th June 2016 and I am calling frequently to ifb but no good response and service, our machine is in guarantee period they are not willing to change parts.they are coming and not preparing closing the complaint.every time the machine is getting repair.we need a permanent solution to this problem.
