[Resolved] IFB Industries — waiting for demo from past 10 days for new washing machine | |||
Dear ifbians We taken a top loading washing machine on 16 december and waited for a demo for more than 10 days and the technician told us to exchange machine due to some technical reasons.. After that we replaced that machine with new one on 05 01.2019 and i called ifb customer care on 07.01.2019 and received a ticket no-[protected].. On 11.01.2019 i got call from imran mobile no - [protected] and he told he will visit for a demo from that day onwards no one has called or busted for a demo.. I called the customer care for more than 15 times but in vain.. For a small demo your taking these much of time... This is one of my bad ever experience faced from a leading company in the world..
