Dear sir,
I am an ifb customer since 2006 using many of your appliances. As i am an nri and i use this machine only when i, m here. And i, m not using this machine for last last 3 years. Two months back i came home and am using the machine. Now as i am here i want an amc which was requested thro your call centre on 16/6/16 vide request no.315611. But nobody turned to call me from your service centre. As of today (29/6/16) i had made 3 calls to remind about this request. Every time i call your call centre, they will give a new amc request number. But nothing is happening. Last when i called they had given me a cell number of karthik india (Service person), but they are not responding to my call. Today when i called they had given another number of mr. Suresh kumar ([protected]) and he is also not picking the phone.
I dont have any complaint with my machine as of now and i need to get an amc as i am here for some months. I hope our company is providing a service like amc to support the customer for the goodwill that creates the brand name and the product.
