I did a complaint with ticket number [protected] on 4th August . Executive visited my home and told me that he would raise this this issue and the part would be changed in couple of days. Its more than 20 days and when today we called him he said he put the status of query resolved, I also received a call from IFB couple of days back to increase the warranty if I pay Rs. 1000. I dont why you people are increasing the warranty when you are unable to provide the services under warranty. We are really suffering . Please assist as soon as possible
