We are deeply frustrated regarding your customer care service, as i have raised a compliant that our washing machine is not working for past ten days. Below i have listed ticket numbers

It really horrible that you people claim yourself as leading provider in this segment but is this the way to address that a customer rise and waiting for nearly 20 days.
Please you people didn’t take immediate action and get resolve this problem, sure will defame you brand through social media which i am not willing to do intestinally. Hope you people understand.
Also i have to mention one more point about the ifb customer care agent in our area mrs. Mageshwari at gandhi nagar, redhills, and chennai 600052. She really making your brand spoil among the people over there by not responding the technical queries and asking to go for some other brand.
So you people having such a kind of people to do the customer care service.
Will give you guy’s couple of days to take action against my complaint else sure will spread this kind of stuff in social media network. I didn’t have intention to threaten but if you people force i will do this.
