We have purchased IFB Elena DX washing machine 5 years back...we had no issues regarding the product.With out our complaint one day IFB service centre person came and said that your machine warranty is getting over so please get your product serviced before the warranty gets over. The next when we used the machine automatic has bee not working so we called him and asked him what had happened. He said the timer has gone. This all happened in September. till then we called him several times he is not at all responding till today... So Kindly take action against him and send a skilled service person...otherwise i will go to consumer forum regarding this issue... Hoping a positive service from you.
