I have registered a complaint about one week ago and it haven't even resolved yet. And also i have received a message to my registered mobile number that the problem has been resolved.
The truth is my problem is not yet resolved. And the IFB customer services and your representatives are mocking me by sending message by saying that the program has been resolved.
I need a quick response for this and should resolve my complaint, or else i have to move legally upon this issue.
