[Resolved] IFB Industries — Washing machine cabinet replacement | |||
I reported a complaint regarding washing machine to replace rusted cabinet, senetor Aqua 6kg, on 28th June 2020, they visited and said they will replace within two weeks, took Rs 1000/- advance, no proper reply, and again I lodged complaints four times regularly, they take the complaint and closes my complaint got sick of calling their technicians, finally they returned my advance and said cabinet is not available, IFB customer care simply closes the complaint without confirming the service has done or not, still my problem hasn’t got solved.
