Our IFB front load washing machine suddenly caught fire while it was operational. Luckily we put out the fire before it could spread to other parts of the home. This is a really serious issue and one can think of the consequences if we had left the machine running and went out for a while. The electronics and the front panel were completely burnt and the machine is clearly beyond repair. The response from the toll free customer service was terrible which adds to the frustration. I understand that it might be a rare occurrence but proper addressing of the issue and some kind of compensation for the machine itself should be prioritized rather than the template answers provided by the customer executive. +1 photos Was this information helpful?
