Our washing machine is under amc. I have registered a compliant on may 27, the engineer visited mentioned they need to replace part to arrest the noise.
When called to customer care again on june 3, shocked to hear the ticket is closed without our consent. Again registered complaint, escalated to manager and they shared the techinician no. S in chennai - anand & suresh, both of them dont even respond to the calls made.
When called to customer care again on june 18, i was told that previous ticket is closed on june16. And asked to raise complaint again and the ticket no-[protected] is shared.
