[Resolved]  IFB Industries — Washing Machine displays dPEr and stops with 13:00 minutes left

The machine was normally loaded. Not overloaded. All the hooked items were placed in the porous bag. The machine stopped with 13:00 minutes remaining displaying dBEr. What should we do?

The Error was dPEr. It was mistakenly written as dBEr. It was normal 40 degrees initially. Later I noticed that any mode, even Drain mode, stopped with dPEr. Please help us out.

I had the same error shown in my IFB Señorita SX. I cleaned the dust collection tray at the right bottom of my WM. It had lot of dust and a coin. Not it works fine. May be this caused the DP(differential pressure) error. Whatever. My machine is working good now.

This is frustrating...
One Technician (Mr. Amar Kosti from Kanishka Enterprises) visited my home and asked for Rs. 590.00 Service Charge as we have used other trolley than IFB make. Please note that, the washing machine we have purchased during Oct 2016 and it has 4 Years of Warranty.

My question is;
Earlier, we had similar IFB Washing machine and it is replaced with new one with by back scheme during Oct 2016. This new washing machine is also installed in exiting trolley which we have used for more than 5 years with existing IFB Washing machine. The New Machine was installed by IFB personnel.
My concern is; why this installation requirement is not communicated to us during existing as well as new machine installation time?
I am also seeing, lots of customers are facing dPEr code error problem. Are you trying to tell us; all these customers have wrong installation which are generally done under IFB authorized representatives??

Kine request to resolve my issue on FOC basis ASAP.

I had raised several complaints and tickets about this error and spent over and above to get it resolved. The customer service is very pathetic and useless. The technicians are very poorly trained, can't identify the root cause, dont provide a receipt, and are greedy for money by selling their products as sales representives. After spending 9000/- still i dont have a fix to the problem with an AMC in place. I had escalated several times and my tickets which i raised over 4 to 5 times are getting closed without the issue getting resolved. A pathetic and useless customer care. Every time when I escalate to customer service they are raising a new ticket since my previous one is closed. Why are they closing the ticket without getting the feedback from the customer who had raised it. The technicians are calling the customer in such a way that it conflicts with your offices shifts even though you had specifically instructed in the ticket to come at a particular time. This seems your service is only to close the ticket saying customer not reachable or resolved. It has been over 6 months from my first ticket still my problem persists. I will never again buy a IFB product or will recommend others to buy. It is a pain in your backside. Your poor service and products is prompting a very bad customer experience. Your products are below standards like washing machine stand which gets rusted in a year. These are the people from IFB who I had escalated without any use.
PRIYA IFB Manager [protected] Service Centre [protected]. There are your service technicians who try to swindle money from your vary customers.
I expect that the customer service should track and follow up for the issue rather than the customer requesting for the ticket status and call up the service center multiple times. Your customer service is passing on the buck rather than taking responsibility. Your out sourced service center never pick up the call or take any action.

I am literally going to throw your product in the trash after consulting a third party consultant. You need to be sued for your ACTIONS. Your are wolfs in sheep clothings. I literally recommed people in this forum to educate and inform others before buying the IFB products. It has brought STRESS into my day to day life rather than customer satisfication. I wont be surprised to see this also being addressed as RESOLVED.
