    Hi, I want to know when you will attend the same? How many times we need to call and mention the same issue with your customer care center and to the concerned service engineer. For last 2 to 3 days he is saying will come sooner and making us wait and finally not turning up, wasting our time. who account for all this?? IS THIS THE WAY ITS BEEN HANDLED WITH CUSTOMERS!!! WHO ACCOUNT FOR THE FAULTY MACHINE WHICH WE REPORTED I AM FORCED TO SAY ITS THE WORST EXPERIENCE WHICH I EVER ENCOUNTERED. I think when we bought IFB machine we enter in a contract for proper maintenance and service. Hope the concerned understands the seriousness.       This is D.Mini had a given a complaint regarding the ifb front load elena vx, not stopping and running continuously without stopping, given the complaint on 8/12/15 and the complaint or customer id:17045048 around 5 pm, the technicians they came on 12 th 2 times but they did not bring the spares, i kindly request you look into the matter and do it as soon as possible.it is under warranty.

        Sir, I want to inform you that the Washing machine "IFB Senorita Aqua VX 6KG 1000RPM", I brought from Vasanth and co, Arcot road, chennai on 12-6-14 with 4 year 100% full warranty stopped working from last july.High levels of Noise during operation and Smoke was observed inside drum after washing cycle is Complete.I have filed a complaint, your technician came and said, you have to buy and fix a filter then the problem will be solved and i brought one for rs 1800/- but still the problem remained.Again i complained then he said that the drum should be refixed and the technician will come in 2 days, but the technicial didnt come for 1 week, so again i complained on 11-8-15(complaint no[protected], on[protected] and on november ([protected]), the technician came by november only, that is after 3 months.And he pulled out all the parts of the washing machine and he could'nt replace it to its original condition.In an unproffessional manner he even hammered the edges of the drum which was perfectly alright and bent it.The technician immediately left by putting all parts inside the drum stating that i need to buy a rubber gasket and belt which will cost approx Rs[protected] becuase it does not include in warranty.The service person not only was unable to solve the problem but also distorted the drum which will reduce its resale value.Now my washing machine is a complete junk, iam not able to sell it for another washing machine nor able to use it. All these are causing great inconvinience and stress especially at this period of bad weather in chennai and i feel cheated.As i said my washing machine have 100% warranty for 4 years and no where in the warranty card it is told rubber parts are not covered.we have made regular phone calls to service person (capfam india communikations, ekkattuthangal, guindy) only to recieve negative reply.I am deeply dissappointed, in the quality of your product considering it is only one year old and also in your customer service.I therefore, request you to repair it or replace it for a new one .Otherwise we have to deal this legally.And while sending technicians please be sure about that they are responsible and have good technical knowlwdge.Your quick action will be highly appreciated.

          Purchased a dishwasher 1 year back. After 1 year of operation, we found an error dispalyed on the machine and dishwasher is not working. I had lodged the complain with IFB customer care on 6th-7th dec, 2015. IFB representative visited the house and gave a vague reply which was not at all justified. We again requested customer care. And its more than a week, IFB representative never bothered to visit us. Everyday we are following up with customer care & local office. Now we, are fed up with their reply " sorry for inconvenience". Very poor service by IFB. I would never recommend to purchase any product of IFB.

Please look into the log and find out how many times I've followed up with the customer care apart from locally calling the service center in Thiruvanmiyur area of Chennai. Still the issues have not been resolved. On follow ups with local representative I 'm being replied that spare parts not available OR we'll send our representative today. But "TODAY" never comes. Representative also visit to us after a delay of couple of days. I must tell you that quality of your products as well as the service have deteriorated.
          As usual, I donot expect any support from your team. Let me being sarcastic "You may please visit and rectify the issues at your convenience."

            Bought 2 IFB front load machines. ALL went good for around 4 years . Then one day, Two mechanics came to home saying that they are from IFB and IFB is providing free services to the customers and tried their hands on it. They opened the whole machine and and did few thing of which i was unaware of. Then on a very next day i started it, what i observed that machine did not stop at the end of the compartment, it was continuously running even after completing a slot. For few days it remained the same. I registered the complaint to the customer care, after few days one person came from IFB and said that its rotator has became dysfunctional, then after few days while washing clothes in it, i have observed that one day its door was locked by itself and i was unable to open it, now i have called the customer care again, , its been a worst experience with IFB. I would not recommend anybody to buy any IFB product

                [protected] - case logged but nobody is attending and solving my problem. I have contacted the IFB many times but it is still not resolved. People come here and do the marketing for their powders, water purifier/descaling etc.. but they dont solve the machine problem. Please escalate this to IFB management and help me get this repaired at the earliest.

                  Ticket number is: [protected] When I had contacted Nadesh, Manager IFB - [protected], He told that Deepa Enterprises will send a technician to attend this. This happened after 3 days of registering the complaint. He sent an SMS of Velu from Deepa Enterprises and asked me to contact for the issue instead of he following up with the Franchise ( Deepa Enterprises ) Finally irrespective of waiting for whole day, kept on following up with calls no one turned up. IFB should check and remove these kind of default franchises and take action on the irresponsible officers from IFB side too. Because of water leakage, the water got flooded into the whole house floors which damaged wooden floor also. IFB should compensate this loss.

                    Poor Service of IFB AMC IFB is not taking seriously about customer complaint inspite of several reminded to customer care contact no. Our Complaint no. 16946678 of my front loading washing machine complaint was booked on 25th Nov 2015 and technician visited and he replace the spare parts but the same problem, machine not working properly so again I file complaint no. 17036837 on date 7.12.15 but till today(i.e. 12 th Dec) machine under repair condition, the technician came at first visit and told he will be back from IFB head office and bring spare parts, after several call to Mr. Arun singh mob. No. [protected] and Ms. Priti, mob. No. [protected] but they didn't reply our call, then again we call to customer care no. and they given assurance to us that complaint has been escalated and forwarded to concern department we are In AMC with spare part then also company demanding money, I am very much disappointed from IFB services and very worst service of IFB AMC center. My machine is IFB Divya front loading. Its really very poor service, so far it has been a dismal performance from IFB end ... regards Kiran Dehade

                      With reference to the subjected complaint number[protected] I have been facing issues with my washing machine and when contacted for AMC renewal service centre showed no response hence resulted in expiry the service engineer sent by agency showed a Rude behaviour with lurid words and no response for our query we request you to take strict actions and we faced heavy losses by often repairing our washing machine major parts where changed which incurred a huge expense we lost hope on this brand

                                My complaint number is [protected] and i have logged 3 complaints and nobody is coming and addressing complete problem. People are coming and seeing and repairing half and going. Please ask IFB to repair my washing machine asap. earlier complaint numbers are [protected], [protected]. Now latest complaint number is [protected]. sl. no of the machine is[protected]. Clothes are inside and smelling from 3 months and nobody is attending this issue. please help me.. IFB washing machine is very poor

                                  I have registered a complaint for service on 01.12.2015 and they promised to send the technician within 24 hours. Nobody turned up and again i called their toll free no. [protected] on 04.12.2015, 07.12.2015, 09.12.2015 and 10.12.2015. Same repeated answer from them saying the service call will be completed within 24 hours.

                                    Hi, The technician came to our place after giving this complaint and resolved the issue. They were complaining that they have to attend daily 10 -12 calls which is why they have delayed visiting my place. They should have given a slot to me if they were busy. Don't say that we will visit your place today which you won't do it, when we tried to follow up. Also talk to the customer sensibly. The previous technician who visited my place after rat complaint didn't fixed the rat mesh properly. Due to that i am seeing many issues. They brought some local mesh and charged money without showing in the receipt and this is not the one supported by IFB. We were not known until new technician visited our place and told that it is not the right rat mesh. This was done by some third party franchise people. When I asked the new technician to fix it, he is not much happy somehow helped me. He use to say that it is taking more time in your home because of this issue. How do we know when the technician brought some RAT mesh and told us that this has to be fixed. We trusted him. Also please make sure your technician to carry all the time some screws with them when needed. If they don't have the screws they will somehow fix it without the screws. Also they use to say that it is not their job to carry the screws with them. But anyway thanks for your support. Phone numbers are listed below.                                       I've purchased IFB washing machine - Aqua Senorita - from vijay sales miraroad 10 months back. from the day 1, Im facing the following problems

                                      1. Clothes are not getting washed properly. clothes getting faded even in a single wash except delicates option. Even in delicates option, clothes are getting faded after some wash.

                                      2. If delicates options are used, all white clothes are having black spots after some washes & other colored clothes getting faded.

                                      3. Clothes have become rough even in a single wash.

                                      Complaints have been done through vijay sales & also directly to the customer care of IFB "n" number of times.

                                      Technicians whoever attend the complaint says that we can't solve this problem. We will send senior person. And then, no body comes down. Then again, I had to lodge the complaint.

                                        I purchased IFB washing machine AW 6020S from TOP TEN ELECTRINICS SHOPPE NX Vashi, Navi Mumbai vide voucher No. ORD 1508085 dated 16.01.2015.The machine was installed & demo given on 24.01.2015. My customer ID is10939704 On April 22nd 2015 machine was partially not worked ( ie spin dryer ) this was reported to IFB customer care with ticket number 15382578, the issue was solved with replacement of capacitor after one week. Again June 11th 2015 the washing machine was totally dead and I launched compliant to customer care with ticket number 15738451, after more then 02 weeks the problem was found & replaced the entire logic circuit board October 17th 2015 the machine was totally dead ticket number is 16667146.The service engineer from Global enterprises chembur, Mumbai visited four to five times but could not diagnose the correct fault. In the mean time between 18 to 28.10.2015, I contacted IFB officials Mumbai Ms Pooja Bhadikar, Area service executive on her mobile ( [protected] ) and Ms Geeta Customer co-ordinator on her mobile ( [protected] ) with regard to the above service problem ennumber of times .Finally they took all the parts except the outer cover to their work shop on 29.10.2015. (I have attached the photos for your kind reference) On 30.10.2015 the machine was made temporary working condition, I am still not aware what the exact problem was. Now within 25 days of time we are facing the same issue, the machine is not in working condition, I have reported the issue on 23.11.2015 to the customer care with ticket number[protected]. I am very unhappy with the machine and the service given over the period of short time. This is giving us lot of inconvenience & hardship in our day to day life. I hope the machine has manufacturing defect as repeated same problems. I request you to find suitable solution and provide compensation as early as possible.                                         With reference to my earlier mail dated 24.11.2015 the following few lines, for your kind perusal and consideration.
                                        On 25.11.2015 I visited home appliances division, Vikhroli, Mumbai and personally met Mr Vivek Bane Branch Service Manager and explained him regarding the issue and handed over my complaint letter. He assured me that the issue will be discussed with higher authorities (Quality control) and in the meantime the machine is fit for temporary working condition. On 29.11.2015 Technician replaced PLC board kept machine functional.
                                        I contacted Mr.Vivek Bane several times thru his mobile and mail, but have not received any satisfactory replay or mail from him still today.
                                        The machine has manufacturing defect, since the same problem has occurred many times and the logical board has been replaced thrice within the short span.
                                        Now again the machine has same problem from 27.12.2015
                                        This is my last and final reminder to settle the issue within a week time otherwise I would be force to take legal action through consumer court for the trauma and wastage of time based on your false assurances.
