I want to inform you that the Washing machine "IFB Senorita Aqua VX 6KG 1000RPM", I brought from Vasanth and co, Arcot road, chennai on 12-6-14 with 4 year 100% full warranty stopped working from last july.High levels of Noise during operation and Smoke was observed inside drum after washing cycle is Complete.I have filed a complaint, your technician came and said, you have to buy and fix a filter then the problem will be solved and i brought one for rs 1800/- but still the problem remained.Again i complained then he said that the drum should be refixed and the technician will come in 2 days, but the technicial didnt come for 1 week, so again i complained on 11-8-15(complaint no[protected], on[protected] and on november ([protected]), the technician came by november only, that is after 3 months.And he pulled out all the parts of the washing machine and he could'nt replace it to its original condition.In an unproffessional manner he even hammered the edges of the drum which was perfectly alright and bent it.The technician immediately left by putting all parts inside the drum stating that i need to buy a rubber gasket and belt which will cost approx Rs[protected] becuase it does not include in warranty.The service person not only was unable to solve the problem but also distorted the drum which will reduce its resale value.Now my washing machine is a complete junk, iam not able to sell it for another washing machine nor able to use it.
All these are causing great inconvinience and stress especially at this period of bad weather in chennai and i feel cheated.As i said my washing machine have 100% warranty for 4 years and no where in the warranty card it is told rubber parts are not covered.we have made regular phone calls to service
person (capfam india communikations, ekkattuthangal, guindy) only to recieve negative reply.I am deeply dissappointed, in the quality of your product considering it is only one year old and also in your customer service.I therefore, request you to repair it or replace it for a new one .Otherwise we have to deal this legally.And while sending technicians please be sure about that they are responsible and have good technical knowlwdge.Your quick action will be highly appreciated.

Please look into the log and find out how many times I've followed up with the customer care apart from locally calling the service center in Thiruvanmiyur area of Chennai. Still the issues have not been resolved. On follow ups with local representative I 'm being replied that spare parts not available OR we'll send our representative today. But "TODAY" never comes. Representative also visit to us after a delay of couple of days. I must tell you that quality of your products as well as the service have deteriorated.
As usual, I donot expect any support from your team. Let me being sarcastic "You may please visit and rectify the issues at your convenience."
