Purchased one IFB front loading washing machine -Direct Drive in 2011.Coustomer I D number 2870112.
On 3/12/15 registered a Complaint [protected]. One of their service engineer attended the Complaint and opined that the drum is broken and to replace it. This was on 5 th but there after no response and making call on all most all days. Today they told that to replace, the cost will be more than R's 10000.00 and that with no guarantee. The damage of drum is due to manufacturing defect and to spend that much money without guarantee is a waste. Please arrange a experienced engineer and to find out the real problem and get it repaired at the earliest.
