Ticket no: [protected], Nagercoil service centre. It's been 3 months since we raised a complaint. Nothing has happened till date. No proper response from anyone. Whenever we ask for an update the Manager, Mr. Prabhagaran gives us the same reply that the drum is on the way from Thirunelveli. But, nothing is happening. If they can't provide a proper service, then what's the point in selling such a waste product. I'll never suggest this product to any of my friends. This is the worst experience I've ever had. Please take care of this issue and fix asap.
