Hi,

I have purchased IFB Eva Aqua VX 5years back. Few days back machine made big noise and stopped. Registered a complaint with IFB customer care support they sent a service engineer. He said the drum needs to be replaced and it costs Rs.11000/-. This looks too expensive for replacing the drum. Request you to let me know if this is the approved cost of replacing the part by ifb?
