Following a free general service of my washing by the company the machine which was working fine until then started to leak from the bottom. So I made a complaint on Aug 24 ( ticket #[protected]).
The technician finally arrived on 1 Oct and I was told that some parts needed to be replaced and that if I signed an AMC the cost of the replaced parts would be covered. Hence I signed an AMC for 2 yrs on 1 oct 2015 and a complaint was registered (#[protected]) .
But the complaint was not attended until 15 Oct when the mechanic did arrive and work on the machine for 3 hrs and left saying that the motor needs to be replaced and promised to bring it the very next day and went away leaving the machine in an open condition. He did not turn up inspite of making repeated complaInts tkt nos:[protected],[protected], [protected], [protected]. After this another mechanic did come and repair the machine on Dec 11 after which the machine worked for hardly 10 days and is now lying unused for more that 2 months since Dec 17, 2015. I want a refund of the AMC amount of Rs. 3990/- Was this information helpful? |
