Sir, I am a ifb used for the last 20 years but now highly disappointed with the service. Why is it that we have to wait for days to get a part repaired, due to innumerable models the franchises do not keep all the parts. Once they order the part takes 5-7days or more to come and the customer has to face the tune. I have a severe back problem and detergent allergy and my drum has cracked and now i am told it will take 5-6days to be replaced. I have got my amc still do much problem. Could the company look into this as this type of problem i have faced several times causing me health problems. Please try to help and provide the part at the earliest or give a stop gap arrangement. As earlier the company policies were customer friendly but now there is no empathy for the customer. Was this information helpful? | |||
