I have AMC for washing machine and I registered complaint on 31st Oct-2015 (no [protected]). The service center employee came after 5~6 days and he noted what needs to be changed (PCB, shock absorber) and went away. After couple of weeksI came to know that complaint is closed saying it is resolved. After contacting IFB they mentioned that they do not have any idea as RP Services (company who took over service for my machine) has closed it on 6th Nov????
Guys are not picking the phone and new complaint is registered again ([protected]) with escalation.
Can some in IFB service team (from Company) reply and resolve it ASAP. This is shocking experience of service resolution in AMC. Is this the way service is closed under AMC?
