Hello IFB team,
I am so disappointed with your customer service. My ticket reference is [protected], which was logged for the washing machine which failed to complete its task and created a disaster in my house. The washing machine was overheated and created a lot of fuss in terms of burning my bathroom. This machine is 8months old and I am very frustrated with the quality check not been performed before selling it to the customer. This is so dangerous and could have taken any of the lives in the house if it was not noticed on time. I have logged a ticket, technician came to my house and did not even check anything. Apart from seeing the washing machine state, he informed that he cannot take any sort of decisions wherein I have to contact his manager. I called the manager Imbanath and he told he will call and visit with a senior technician and I have not heard since then. I called him several times and he never bothered to pick up the phone nor return to the miss calls.
I want my complaint to be checked in the top most priority and will need a replacement ASAP. Please learn some customer service etiquette and try to act swiftly with a positive response. AFTERALL WE PAY FOR THE PRODUCT AND HAVE ALL THE RIGHTS TO DEMAND WHEN THE EQUIPMENT FAILS TO DO WHAT IT HAS TO.
