[Resolved] IFB Industries — Washing machine fluid liquid detergent not delivered

I had placed online order for Fluid liquid detergent (1l) on IFB website and paid Rs 350 through net banking. My order number is[protected] dated 14th Dec 2015. Same has not been delivered as yet.
This is the 2nd time it is happening first time I managed to get it delivered with lots of followup.
