[Resolved] IFB Industries — Washing machine front load not working for 10 days | |||
I have ifb front load washing machine eva series. The door is not locking Complaint request [protected] on 23rd july. 1st aug and still the issue exist. The technician never reported me back with the issue. Atleast 5-10 times called customer care no proper reply. [protected] - samapth. Finally got hold some person supposed to be manager of the ifb store from where the technician came. But to my surprise he says i am busy call aftrer some time. Will revert back by eod. What the hell should i do with the dud machine at hme and clothes of over 10days??? I would like to get my service free of cost for the torture and problems i faced due to this. Below customer machine problem with PCB and Door lock issue, but we are indent given on 26/7/2016 that time on wards stock not avble in branch stores..
Customer side he asking the free of service and free of spare replacement delay for spare pending from branch or else provide the stand by machine
cc: DarmaRaj sir and Ashok sir plz reply to customer mail id or speak to customer

I WANT to have a free of service and free of spare replacement BECAUSE OF THE delay for spare pending from branch and provide the stand by machine INCASE THERE IS ANY MORE DEAY TILL THEN.
i HAVE BEEN CALLING CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE CENTRES FOR THE PAST SO MANY DAYS AND BEEN FRUSTRATED WITH THE SERVICE AND REPYS.
