For the past one month from now. We have been made several calls to register a complaint for a service of our washing machine time setting regarding. Problem in machine is its usual running time is 1hr. 52min but actually its running for about 3 and half hours. Already i have made a complaint regarding this and received an memory board from your end. Now again we facing the problem for the past one and half month. We are making a call to customer care but after telling the details of the product. They were avoiding us to give a complaint number.Note:This type of reverberate issues causes inconvenient for the customers and do not wish to continue the service as like what they are doing now a days.
