Machine ordered to flipcart delivered on 23rd dec and mechanic came to installed on 24th. He opened and found scratches in the body right side and requested for replacement. Id [protected] dt 24th dec. Thereafter no one giving proper reply for replacement till date. No one visited or replaced the machine. Due to this poor response we are thinking to cancel the order. Please help us and call.
