[Resolved] IFB Industries — Washing Machine glass breakage | |||
Hi We have purchased the IFB washing machine in2015 and have been using since then. Surprisingly, we saw the washing machine door glass breakage five days ago. So we contacted the IFB customer care in mysore. They attended the issue and replaced the glass and charged 850rs, eventhough we have the warranty for four years. The IFB person got my signature and didn't mention the price on the copy. Just gave a fake bill and left. Kindly help us know during warranty, do we need to pay for any damage or device part failure.
