[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine in amc | |||
Dear madam / sir, I have a ifb washing machine, which has not been working properly, making loud noises, for which i have complained on the 24th of july 2018, from the our registered numbers, and till date the matter has not been resolved. A technician named anas, visited on the 25th of july 2018, saying they will have to change the bearings, and within a week it will be replaced. Since then we have made calls to kapil sharma, manager at ifb dehradun service center, the technician, washing machine service center. I have asked several times to connect me to the senior floor manager of the ifb call centre[protected], where no one answers the call. Moreover, there has been emails and sms sent to me by ifb, saying customer was not available, or the matter has been resolved. I have amc for my washing machine till 2019. Whatever was required by ifb we have catered to those regulations, when will your employees do your part? If a company like ifb behaves like a ration shop, what can we expect? A bunch of lies and assurances is all that i have received. If ifb is trying to make money by forcing the customers into under table payments to the technicians, then they might as well stop the gimmick of the call centers and the amc. When i bought ifb it was solely for the quality of service, but i never expected this cheap double standard quality of you and your executives. Well, this might just be another email to you, but trust me your sly attitude will not go unnoticed or unrecorded. You are managing a company where your people are inefficient and out blank liars. I am sure you are being lied to, also. Your executives are taking money from you and the customers, but are they made accountable for this kind of service and hypocrisy.
