Complaint Number [protected] was registered on 22/8/2022. It was attended by your technician on 23/8/2022. The technician was not competent and went on for hit and trial on our machine to diagnose the issue. He could not rectify the issue and had no tools or spares. He then left saying that the issue was with wiring in the machine and he will come back next day with the wire.
The next day he started disconnecting our calls and in one call he informed that the issue will be resolved by another engineer on the same day. However, there was no call from any other engineer. We called customer care to get the number of the engineer. Customer care could not provide the engineer's details and also could not connect to senior officials when requested.
Even today no service engineer called. When we called customer care, we were informed that the spare part has to come from Goa and may take 1-2 days. But no firm time frame was communicated.
This is Poor After Sales Service. The Service Engineers and Customer Care try all lame excuses so as not to fulfil their obligations. Also competence level of staff is low. They misguide and do not attend to calls.
