[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine issue less than 8 months | |||
I purchased a washing machine in month of may 2018 and purchased amc and all the worst packages ifb could sell me. End of the day their services are at worst. Any home appliances at that cost, and no service persons turning up, no eta for the tickets raised and no spares that are very small and has a known common problem. I felt very disappointed with ifb and amazed with brand value they carry. My spares were supposed to come a week ago and they dont tell me an expected time and just blame someone i don't know or understand. My appointments are rescheduled without my consent, that too by stating customer appointment pending. I am really damn irritated by that. Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 8, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved After esacaltion, the spare was provided by service centre and issue is resolved now IFB Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
