Machine was purchased from local dealer on 11.06.2018.in gentle programme sometimes the error indication sign comes after that the machine does not work. Secondly the main problem is regarding the detergent dispenser. The detergent remains collected in the dispenser due to which the clothes do not get the complete detergent for washing. With reference to my complaints lodged before I am sending the photograph of the detergent dispenser where you can see the remains of the detergent which is left in the PAN which may be sometimes more or less after the washing cycle has completed and clothes are ready for drying. In actual practice there should not be a bit of detergent should be left and the detergent PAN should be absolutely clean. This is for your information and necessary action. I am ready to change the machine by paying more if I can get a better performing machine if it is agreeable by your company. In this in every wash the detergent will get wasted as the PAN has to be cleaned manually.
