Our ifb washing machine senorita aqua vx 6kg wasn't working. E reached out to the ifb service center near my place and they sent a technician to check the issue. A technician visited, checked the machine and told us that motherboard has become faulty and needs to be replaced. We asked him to replace and the next day he came to replace the motherboard. When the technician visited he just brought an unpacked motherboard. When we asked about why didn't be bring the board with proper company packing, he said this is how the dealer gave us. How do we believe that it is an original ifb motherboard? How do we believe that it's a new motherboard? How do we check the mrp of the product when the product packaging is not available? Why aren't they unpacking the product in front of the customer? How do we validate the price quoted by the technician? The technician also took back the old motherboard - why do they do that?
