IFB Industries — Washing machine not delivered

Hello Team,

I have ordered a top load washing machine on 27th April 2023 and 2nd May 2023 was its tentative delivery time.

I have not received any notification from IFB about the order nor any communication. When I checked the status it’s not yet shipped and when I called the customer care they say there is no order with the provided order ID. Can you please look into it, I have already paid for this order.
