TO WHOMSOEVER MAY CONCERNED
I have complained regarding my washing machine not spinning two weeks back & the same has been dealt with as under:-
1)The service centre is not attending calls on [protected] .
They told before that the problem would get resolved in 24 hrs.When it dint we call back as there was no follow up from company.They dont even know the status of complaint & whether the dealer has dealt with the same.
Then, they told that they dont have access to call the dealers & technicians as they communicate on emails & gave us the no. of dealer Ms.Jyoti so that we can help ourselves.
2)The technician in Itarsi Atul Modi [protected] has not appeared after checking why machine is not spinning & told that dealer is not supplying spare parts .
He hasn't answered our calls thereafter.It seems he has put our no. on autoreject.
3)The dealer in bhopal Ms.Jyoti [protected] has also been delaying in supply of spare part.Firstly She said that Atul Modi has not billed for the same.Then she told that spare part is dispatched but the same has returned back .Even she doesnt take pain to call back / follow up.
I request IFB authorities who have made big promises at the time of sale to please peruse towards the matter as the persons mentioned above doesn't seems to be interested in quick & effective services.They are just giving reasons & playing blame game & not aftersales support.
It is really unfortunate that companies like you is so unconcerned about their customers.
