Myself Geetanjali Bhatt had a problem with my washing machine as it was creating a screeching noise during its wash cycle l therefore lodged a complaint with IFB customer care and a technician was sent after two days who told that the belt has to be replaced and therefore after a day he brought a belt of improper specification and with much difficulty somehow the belt was fixed After very few days the drum stopped rotating and hence once again the complaint was lodged with the ticket no [protected] .Again after 4 days another technician brought the belt with the faulty and installed it. As expected after a day the drum stopped rotating and again a complaint was lodged with the ticket

I had been harassed and agonised by the apathy shown by not only the customer care of IFB who simply give false hopes and also the local authorized service centre who don't bother to give a proper response As a result of this l am facing health problems because everyday they keep me waiting by their false assurances. I made a great mistake by going for IFB .I had also given a mail to the customer care services but no response from them
I think they are taking their consumers for granted as my machine is only one year old and hence under warranty
I hope my grievance against IFB would be taken with due concern and necessary action would be taken as I am undergoing a lot of stress due to their irresponsible attitude Was this information helpful? |
