[Resolved] IFB Industries — washing machine-pls replace

Respected sir,

We have purchased this washing machine in the year 2013. Since then the machine is not working properly. Though it was having warranty of 2 years, it is creating problem in operations.

- during warranty only the pcb and digital panel got damaged.

- magnetic value is also got damage.
- pcb again changed 3 times damaged and changed.

Every time we end up paying large amount on spares and parts. But unfortunately we are not satisfied with the functioning of washing machine after repairment. Is this the quality maintained by ifb that a machine doesn't even work for 4 years without damage?

Frequent breakdowns (Twice within one month span), repair & maintenance is affecting the company's image and policy. Hence we request you to please look into the matter and replace the washing machine with the new one. If the company's product is not meeting the bare minimum standards of customer satisfaction. We don't have any alternate just to take the help of 'consumer court'.
