I have bought ifb top load 6.5 kg machine last month in ifb care. Now the machine is not working, i have made a complaint but till now there is no response from service team, again i have reported to the ifb complaint team and they are telling it will take 3 more days. We need a replacement for this machine since we are not happy with this machine while bought, since there is no seriel no is not listed on machine, i have also informed this to ifb. Updated by kathirvelmurugan Again the same problem is happening with the machine, this is the second time I am writing same complaint, I have used this machine only 3 washes, within the three times the Machine defected with the same problem twice.
