I have complained a 100 times to the service centre about the repair of my washing machine. There has been no reply by the local service provider. There is some minor problem with the door lock due to which my washing machine shows an error of f2. I have explained this to the service provider on the toll free no. They register my request but I get no response in return from the local service provider. I call them again and they tell me that the complaint has been canceled because I was not there. When in fact I am at my home all the time. They are making me regret buying a washing machine of 50 thousand and getting no service in exchange. It is some sort of vendetta that the company or their service provider has, I think which is forcing us to buy a new machine.
