Sir i have purchased an IFB washing machine which is still under warranty. It got affected with a rat bite and we spend around 3000 to fix it. The technician who came home did not even respond to questions nor was reluctant to help us resolve the issue. now the next day it happened again. we cant spend daily 3000 for this. The IFB customer care is not responding properly also the higher authorities are keeping silence without even responding.. please assist
