Hi,
I own a IFB washing machine which stopped working on 27-Jul'21. I have raised a ticket for the same and a technician visited my place on 28th July and confirmed that Machine's motherboard is gone and needs to be replaced.
I asked the technician to place the request for a new Motherboard. He told me that he placed the request and the part would arrive in 3 or 4 days and it would be installed.
Till date, I didn't receive any call or message regarding the status of my Service Request. When I call Customer care they always say that they can't connect to the Service center to track the status. These Customer Care calls are "CHARGEABLE" and another burden for buying your product.
This is a very pathetic service that I encountered with IFB till date. I would like to know the status of my request and need my machine to be repaired at the earliest. If your Service partner is unable to do a simple repair, then please let me know, so that I can look for an alternative.
