This is the last time any IFB product entered my home, it's been crazy getting my washing machine complaint even get registered, let alone the repair. First the technician comes with a job sheet of a microwave when it was told a washing machine job to the centre. Then nobody shows up, all we get are calls demanding bill which we said is at home and available. A technician calls up and says keep 5000 rupees ready whereas the product is in full warranty. It's been more than a week since the complaint got registered which also was a tough task with wrong numbers and long unanswered calls. Please expedite.
