We had bought ifb washing machine 7 yrs back and every time sales guy insists and make to do amc. There after if we call for service it is horrible and pathetic we need to several calls to call customer and to their local officers to be under followup to get it done. This time i had called thrice and find the logged no as given [protected]/[protected]. Every time it is painful to be under followup. Customer care gave level 3 person by name muthuselvi vide her mobile no [protected]. I made a call thrice to her and said that she will arrange some sr technician as on today none of them turned up.
