My IFB product is a top load washing machine, it is under warranty. The complaint is that spin is not working.
I have done multiple calls to the customer care for the last one month, only once an engineer visited and said he would come back when the part is available. There is no response after that.
We get sms confirmation on service requests but none visit the home for service. They call to know if the machine is under warranty and after knowing that it is covered, there is no further response.

I came to know that I was following wrong instructions to reach the customer care and was misguided. IFB responded my complaint, clarified the process and sent an Engineer in a day. Hope they will fix my issue, Thank you so much IFB for the quick response.
