[Resolved] IFB Industries — Washing machine - service person damaged the machine while fixing | |||||
I purchased IFB washing machine on 30th April 2016. Washing machine model is senorita Aqua sx 6.5kg. This was fixed on 03rd May 2016 by the IFB service person named DASS. On 07th May 2016, we called IFB and ordered for IFB trolly for the same washing machine. The same service person named DASS brought the trolly and fixed. While the service person DASS fixed the trolly in my washing machine, he damaged the washing machine as he forcefully dragged the washing machine and bottom part got damaged. Service person DASS told us that they will replace the bottom part on 09th may 2016 but it is not yet replaced and when I called the service person DASS he is not giving proper response. I want this to be fixed immediately and action needs to be taken on priority. Was this information helpful? | |||||
