Hi Sir/Madam
My washing machine circuit board got some problem which is under warranty period, we informed the customer care on Dec/08/2020 it's been 12 days, hey are not responding properly. Branch Manager giving explanation that they are waiting for the stock..they are supposed to keep the stock for the spares under the warranty. Those people are having stock for the spares which is not under the warranty.Poor service and looting Guys
