Dear customer service team,
I have purchased an ifb washing machine eva aqua vx 5.5kg 700 rpm a few years back appx 2014.
Now that its not in the warranty period, i am bearing all the maintenance cost.
Over the last few months i have been facing very poor service quality from ifb and sequence of events is stated below
1.in july 2019 my washing machine had an issue and we saw the clothes were not rotating while the machine was on. I had raised a ticket about it. Ticket no [protected]. On raising this matter, the local service provider never contacted me. I followed up several times and then i contacted him and he said that your belt is damaged. So i took the belt to his shop and got it replaced as he did not visit my house inspite of repeated request.
2. I purchased the belt at the cost of 1250 rs from his shop on 14th july as he did not visit my house. (Refer the bills and the details of belt attached). I came to my house and replaced the belt and the machine started working
3. Recently in the last week of nov'19 my machine again gave same problem and i raised the complaint and ticket no is [protected]. Again no body contacted me, i again followed up with the same person who is responsible in this area. This time he again said the same thing to check the belt and on doing so it was found damaged / cut.
4. I said to him how can the belt get damaged within 4 months, while the orginal belt lasted for about 4 years. There was no answer from him.
5. Till now i have been following up with ifb customer care team by calling up appx 10-12 times and no body has called me to say how and when this issue will be resolved. The customer service person mr. Jaiswal too is now not answering my calls.
I request you to immediately resolve this matter and also replace my belt at free of cost on account of the severe inconvenience caused to me.
