The issue started when the machine started making hitting noises while spinning. Complaint was raised and the technician raised a problem of faulty suspensions and changed the same.
After which the machine started running really noisy right in front of the technician himself, questioning about which the technician raised a new issue that the machine's gear box is damaged and has to be changed as well.
When questioned about this to the technician's manager, Mr. Senthil Kumar, he replied with such rude tone blaming back at us. Inspite of which, we sent the drum with the technician to be repaired. After repair on fitting the drum, it had obvious visual dissimilarities in the height of the drum and that the technician himself agreed that the suspension installed in not a compatible part of the machine. From the begining whenever the manager is spoken to, he always seems to take a rude tone and blame us that we are raising issues that doesn't exist.
No just a day after installing the drum, the machine now has all the issues back- there is a loud noise while rinsing cycles and the drum also hits the sides and make noise, thereby the service has only caused more problems to the machine without solving the issue that was there in the first place.
I am deeply unsatisfied- one for the issue not solved inspite of spending Rs.6200/-, but also for such rude customer handling by manager in this issue.
PS: The technician did not give proper bill for all the repairs and wrote it on the back of the previous bill and signed it.
