Hi,
I got the delivery of ifb - washing machine on 15th april 2017. Next day after demo/installation, when i used to product first time, it gave some weird sound. So i powered off the washing machine and call the customer care for technical support.
Exact issue - during the spinning process (Last stage of washing), something is hitting inside the washing machine and making loud noise and i feel that vibration was too much while running.
Next day technical guy from ifb came and observe the issue. He totally opened the top part of the machine and fixed something. He assured me that the issue was minor and will not come again.
Again after few days, when i started to run the machine, i faced the same issue. So i called immediately the technical guy (As he has given his personal contact number for future help), but he didnt come for a visit again and so issue was never resolved.
I called customer care help number[protected] many times (3-4 times) and informed everything about the problem and raised a complaint also with ticket id - [protected].
I requested them to completely replace the product as i have seen issue from the beginning only and i am sure its a manufacturing defect.
My question is why they didn't resolve my issue when i reported too early and now they are telling its too late to replace the product
Kindly help to get me a quick solution
